Without the right guidance, it's easy to make mistakes when trying to train your pet, and this could create lasting psychological damage.
You don't want to have to resort to using harsh methods or harsh punishments that could damage your dog's trust in humans.
Your dog's obedience is key, but you don't want to risk breaking their trust and confidence in the process.
Don’t stress any longer about training your pet! With the L.I.M.A. (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) method, I will help your dog progress while maintaining your animal's trust and confidence in human relationships.
Respects the animal’s autonomy
Creates a partnership between owner and animal.
Keeps the animal's comfort and needs at the forefront.
I use positive, science-based training methods that fall under the L.I.M.A realm. This allows for progress while maintaining the animal's confidence and trust in human relationships. Other methods, such as aversives, can damage the relationship between the animal and human and cause undesired side effects while being unnecessary for progress.
The training I provide is designed to help you form a positive partnership with your pet.
I will meet with you and your pet weekly to help assess, provide guidance, and create a plan for the training.
I will meet with you and your pet to come up with a game plan to ensure the best possible outcome.
My problem-solving approach makes training simpler and more effective than ever before. With my easy-to-use system, you'll be able to quickly identify problem behaviors, develop strategies to replace them, establish successful reinforcement strategies, and measure progress over time.
My program has been designed to reinforce positive habits while minimizing the need for corrections. I believe that with this program, you can grow a strong bond with your dog as they learn new behaviors based on trust and understanding.
The LIMA method is a humane and effective approach to dog training that helps your dog learn faster and more efficiently. I believe in positive reinforcement, understanding the learner, and in a systematic problem-solving approach - all of which prevent abuse and help foster a better relationship between you and your pup.
